Chicago Real Estate School
Great class. Frank Muldowney is an excellent instructor. Reminded me of some of my best high school teachers. He used history and interesting anecdotes to get the most important concepts across and was very helpful in assisting us with how to go about studying the material presented. I am even more intrigued by Real Estate now than I was walking in the door on day 1.
Super Program, Enroll Now! *** update, read below ! *** This is a good program. I enjoyed it and found it helpful in preparing for the state/national AMP exam. I got a "70 something" on the midterm and an 86 on the final exam. (the night before the mdtrm, was the cubs championship world series game) Not to mention, the presidential election during my 5 week class period. A lot of distractions, lol. Sam is a super teacher and was very entertaining. His experience shows. I talked to Kim and Scott and they were both very helpful. I take the AMP exam a week from today, and will post my results. *** Took state exam on 2/16/17, passed on first attempt ! Thanks again to Kim, Sam, and Scott. Great program ! *** The classmates, seated in my vicinity, already passed the exam and are contracted with realty companies now. I've been working with some outside materials as well to supplement the AMP test prep. In fact you can take a similar exam from AMP, I did, went well. This is a good class, good people, money well spent. Cheers, Business Advanced X Chicago, IL --

My teacher was Frank who is very knowledgable on the topic. I felt cared for at CRES. Any time I had any question I was able to reach Kim( director of CRES) and she was promptly responding and guiding me through. I would highly recommend CRES who those who want to start a career in RE. Also I would like to advice take a good notes, write down everything teacher tells you to, and make sure read a book.
